Handle all incoming support communication: email, chat, phone calls, and or escalated phone calls. 2. Provide billing support to new and returning customers (quotes, invoices, contracts, payment processing). 3. Organize product feedback and feature requests as we continue to improve our platform. 4. Make notes of outdated support materials (i.e. knowledge base articles, guides, videos) to improve self-service. 5. Ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers. 6. Meet and exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators. Requirements: 1. With at least 2 years of customer service experience (calls, email, chat) 2.
