Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Credit Assessor and play a crucial role in evaluating loan applications and financial documents for accuracy and reliability. Key Responsibilities: • Assess credit applications and analyze financial documents, primarily bank statements, to determine eligibility and risk. • Deliver consistent, high-quality, and accurate work outputs under tight schedules. • Ensure prompt and thorough documentation for loan processing. • Coordinate with internal teams to clarify and escalate issues as necessary. • Maintain punctuality and reliability for assigned graveyard shifts (9PM - 6AM). • Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience in banking or loan processing is highly preferred. • Alternatively, a graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is acceptable if no relevant work experience. • Ability to read and thoroughly analyze bank statements and related financial documents. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. • High reliability and punctuality, especially for night shifts. • Capable of working on a shifting schedule and adapting to operational demands.
