Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify skill gaps. Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended programs for employees and leaders. Partner with operations to align learning with business goals. Provide post-training feedback, coaching, and reinforcement. Support leadership development and succession initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven L&D/Training experience in BPO/shared services. Strong facilitation, coaching, and operational knowledge. Experience in leadership development and post-training evaluation. Work Setup: Onsite, with occasional hybrid/virtual facilitation. Flexible schedule and occasional travel may be required.
