You’ll be the main point of contact for clients after onboarding with Sales, ensuring they have a smooth experience, timely updates, and successful project outcomes with our GHL Specialists. This is not a team leader role—it’s a client-facing position focused on communication, relationship-building, and ensuring delivery excellence. Responsibilities: Manage client onboarding to the HighLevel (GHL) platform. Serve as the primary contact for client updates, calls, and support. Coordinate with internal GHL Specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations. Provide regular progress reports and flag any risks or delays. Build strong client relationships that lead to satisfaction and retention. Share best practices to help clients maximize GHL for business growth. Requirements: - 1+ year experience in client success, account management, or onboarding (preferably SaaS, digital marketing, or agency). - Prior experience with HighLevel (GHL) required. - Excellent client communication skills (verbal & written). - Strong organizational and problem-solving ability. - Comfortable leading client calls via Zoom or Google Meet. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred.
