Design and Creative Production, Deliver high-quality graphic content, illustrations, and infographics in line with project requirements and deadlines. Manage design projects from initial concept to final delivery with efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain brand consistency across all materials produced for internal and external use. 2. Creative Concept Development- Generate fresh, original, and innovative ideas for marketing and communication materials. Stay updated with current design trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools to enhance productivity and creativity. 3. Collaboration and Coordination-Work closely with the Marketing, Management, Client Solutions, and Design teams to ensure cohesive visual output. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to campaigns and projects. 4. Event and Multimedia Support- Provide creative and logistical support for company events, including photography, videography, and on-site graphic requirements. Assist in visual execution of event themes, backdrops, and other creative décor elements. The employee is required to be present during company events, official functions, or activities where their creative or technical assistance is needed, as determined by the Content and Creative Manager or Management. Qualifications 1. Graduate of Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or any related field. 2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc.). 3. Knowledgeable in Canva and other relevant design platforms. 4. Knowledge in photography and videography. 5. Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision. 6. Willing to render overtime or attend offsite company events as required by management.
