Job Description

Purpose of the Role To manage the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to endorsement, ensuring that TeleworkPH consistently hires qualified candidates aligned with client requirements and company standards. This role bridges the efforts of the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who sources applicants, and the Recruitment Assistant (RA) who manages scheduling and onboarding — ensuring smooth coordination and timely fulfillment of manpower needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and final HR interviews for both volume-based and specialized roles (AI Annotators, VAs, Non-Voice, Technical, etc.). Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit based on job requirements. Collaborate daily with the Talent Acquisition Specialist for sourced candidates and ensure quick interview turnaround. Coordinate with the Recruitment Assistant for interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding of selected applicants. Endorse qualified candidates to Operations, HR, or Clients for final interviews or assessments. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate summaries, and interview score sheets in coordination with the HR Data & Systems Analyst. Participate in weekly calibration meetings with HR and Operations to align hiring targets, role priorities, and feedback loops. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (onsite or virtual). Provide daily or weekly hiring progress reports to the HR Director. Maintain compliance with data privacy policies in handling applicant information. Expected Outcomes / KPIs All qualified applicants are interviewed within 24–48 hours of sourcing. Minimum 15–20 interviews conducted daily (depending on hiring volume). Improved conversion rate from interview to endorsement. Reduced time-to-fill for open positions. Timely and accurate interview reports and hiring dashboards. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in BPO, VA, or outsourcing industries. Experience handling both volume and specialized hiring (customer service, virtual assistants, technical roles, etc.). Familiar with hybrid or remote hiring setups. Technical Skills: Proficient in using job platforms (JobStreet, OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook groups). Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Google Workspace tools. Strong communication, assessment, and interviewing skills. Knowledgeable in recruitment analytics, sourcing metrics, and data reporting. Behavioral Attributes: Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven. Works independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Upholds confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment processes. Flexible to work onsite as needed for events, calibrations, or onboarding days.
