Total Staff Needed: 1 Department: Human Resources Target Start Date: Monday, ASAP Workplace: On-site or Office based only Schedule: Graveyard Type of Employment: Full time (8hrs/day 5x/week) Key Functions & Responsibilities 1. Provide end-to-end support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as document management, file organization, data entry, and report generation. 2. Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and tracking of candidates; help ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 3. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality across database, spreadsheets, and internal platforms. 4. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, documentation, and clearance processes for both new hires and resigning employees. 5. Draft, design, and disseminate HR communications and event collaterals using tools like Canva, PowerPoint and similar design platforms. 6. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures; ensure employee adherence and proper documentation. 7. Generate HR reports and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets; analyze basic data trends to support strategic decisions. 8. Collaborate on HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement activities, audits, and other organizational development efforts. 9. The role requires flexibility to cover graveyard and weekend schedules, ensuring continuous HR support and presence across all operational hours. Qualifications & Competencies • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR support or administrative capacity (BPO experience is a plus but not required). • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Exposure to HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability • Fast learner with a proactive and resourceful mindset • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration • Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information • Flexible and willing to be assigned to graveyard and weekend schedules.
