Total Agent(s) Needed: 4 Type of Account/Industry: Sports - Web Hosting Target Start Date: Monday, June 3, 2024 Workplace: Remote / Permanent work from home Schedule: To be announced Type of Employment: Full time (40 hours a week) Responsibilities: 1. Manage large amounts of emails, chat, incoming calls if necessary and answer functional and technical support requests. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with other team to solve more complex issues. 4. Identify, document and follow up with relevant teams on product bugs and feature. 5. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 6. Meet personal team email, chat and call handling quotas. 7. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a limited time; follow up to ensure resolutions. 8. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Must have qualifications: 1. A minimum of 1 year technical support experience who have handled calls, email and/or chat support, preferably with web hosting experience. 2. Excellent English communication skills: verbal and written. 3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. 4. Ability to multitask. 5. Adaptable and open to learn new things. 6. Tech savvy - Computer literate with the ability to efficiently learn new software required 7. Punctual - Proven track of good attendance record. 8. Must be flexible in terms of schedule (just in case there is a schedule change). 9. Can work fulltime and start immediately. 10. Must pass the technical requirements below. Technical Requirements for WFH: 1. Own pc or laptop with the ff. specs: -Personal Laptop/Desktop -Intel Core I3 or equivalent processor -At least 8 GB RAM 2. Reliable internet connection -5 MBPS Internet speed Perks of working at Telework PH: - Basic salary of 19K-21K (depending on experience) + 2K allowance (non-negotiable) - Bonus and Incentives depending on Performance* - Government mandated benefits - OT Pay, Holiday Pay, 13th Month Pay, Night Differential Pay - Paid Leaves every month which are convertible to cash, after 1 year of service if unused* - HMO upon regularization* - Annual Salary Increase* Process: 1.
