Job Description

The ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks with precision. You will be instrumental in product research, updating listings, and handling customer support to maintain our high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough Amazon product and market research Support in product listing updates (images, descriptions, pricing, keywords) Provide prompt and empathetic customer service via Amazon’s platform Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries Track and report on customer feedback trends Assist with various eCommerce tasks and admin duties Collaborate with the internal team to implement process improvements Qualifications: Fluent English skills, both written and spoken 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce support, preferably with Amazon Seller Central Strong customer service orientation with excellent soft skills and the ability to empathize Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable receiving and applying constructive feedback Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines consistently Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus Process: 1.
