Job Description

Total Staff Needed: 1 Department: Accounting Target Start Date: Monday, February 3, 2025 Workplace: On-site or Office based only Schedule: Morning or Afternoon Type of Employment: Full time (8hrs/day 5x/week) Main Responsibility: Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services necessary for the operations of Telework PH. This includes maintaining relationships with vendors, monitoring inventory levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and budgetary guidelines. Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus. 2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or administrative role. 3. Familiarity with procurement software or systems is a plus. 4. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 5. Proficient in MS Office applications. 6. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. 7. Ability to travel to suppliers as needed is preferred. 8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 9. Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. 10. Amenable to work on-site 11. Flexible in schedule (just in case of shift rotation) 12. Can start immediately (not accepting those who still need to render. Please refer to the start date).
