Job Description

Total Agent(s) Needed: 3 Type of Account/Industry: Financial / Billing Target Start Date: March 31, 2025 Workplace: On-site or Office based only Schedule: Morning/Graveyard shift Type of Employment: Full time (8hrs/day 5x/week) Main Responsibility: - Handle all incoming support communication: email, chat, and/or phone calls, by providing billing support to new and returning customers. Qualifications: 1. Excellent English communication skills 2. No experience required but an advantage 3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills 4. Highly trainable 5. Team player 6. Punctual - proven good attendance records 7. Flexible - just in case there are some schedule/shift changes. Open to work on other shifts too. 8. Can work on-site 9.
