Review press releases, blogs, company filings, industry reports, web databases and regulatory filings to log relevant start-up activity in proprietary software. 2. Rapidly analyze multiple documents for additional information, making comparisons against other sources and an internal database. 3. Conduct data collection tasks within a specific dataset, extracting information on PE, VC, and M&A deals. 4. Quickly grasp and apply methodology and processes consistently. 5. Seek to improve quality and efficiency of daily and weekly performance metrics. 6. Identify areas for improvement across all processes and tools. 7. Enter data on new and existing startups, deals, people, funds, investors, and service providers across the entire start-up growth cycle. 8. Monitor live user feedback on data quality and addresses them promptly. Qualifications: 1. Preferably Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Finance or Management BUT NOT REQUIRED. 2. Experience in Data Analysis, Market Research/Research, Data Visualization is preferred. 3. Keen interest and understanding of finance and capital market. 4. Exposure to secondary market research, consultancy, and/or startup experience is preferred 5. Meticulous attention to detail 6. Professional English communication skills, verbal and written. 7. Strong grammar with the ability to identify errors. 8. Demonstrate reasoning and problem-solving abilities. 9. Willing and flexible to work US EST working hours. 10. Must pass the minimum technical requirements below. Technical Requirements for WFH: 1. Own pc or laptop with the ff. specs: - A modern Quad-Core CPU (AMD Ryzen 3 or Intel i3 equivalent) - 8GB of dedicated system memory - Antivirus software is up to date - Operating System is up to date (minimum: Windows 10 22H1/macOS 11.0) 2.
