Job Description

Total Needed: 1 Department: Administrative Department Target Start Date: Immediately Workplace: Onsite Schedule: To be announced Type of Employment: Full time (8hrs/day 5x/week) Main Responsibilities: - General Administration & Office Management Oversee daily administrative operations, including office maintenance, coordination with nurses, safety and security. Develop and implement office policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with government regulations related to business operations, workplace safety, and labor laws. - Facilities & Asset Management Manage office space, ensuring a productive and safe work environment. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property managers for facility-related concerns. Building systems, workspace management and maintenance, repairs, janitorial coordination, and safety protocols. - Business Continuity & Crisis Management Develop contingency plans for office operations in case of disruptions (e.g., power outages, disasters, pandemics). Implement security measures for data protection and office safety. Oversee office health and safety protocols. Qualifications: 1. Graduate of a two-year course related to administrative or facility management functions, or a bachelor's degree holder in a relevant field 2. At least 3 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing environment. 3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 4. Knowledge of BPO industry operations, workplace safety standards, and government compliance. 5. Proficiency in office management tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). 6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 7. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
