Job Description

Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support roles within the BPO industry. 3. Prior experience with eBay is a huge advantage. 4. Effective problem-solving skills and organizational skills 5. Highly trainable and adaptable. 6. Flexible in schedule changes. 7.
