Job Description

Total Staff Needed: 1 Department: Human Resources Target Start Date: Monday, February 10, 2025 Workplace: On-site or Office based only Schedule: Morning Type of Employment: Full time (8hrs/day 5x/week) Responsibilities: 1. Prepare monthly reports for remittances. 2. Communicate with government agencies to negotiate employee-employer contributions and resolve benefit-related issues. 3. Facilitate accurate and timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to the respective government agencies. 4. Address and resolve employee complaints relating to contributions and benefits. 5. Advise and inform employees of benefits-related changes, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions. 6. Ensure that compensation practices comply with current laws and regulations. 7. Complete records, reporting, and other documentation required by SSS, PAGIBIG, BIR & PHIC. 8. Ensure the organizations' plans comply with the applicable provisions of SSS, PAGIBIG, BIR & PHIC. 9. Conduct design and development work in programs such as the Employee Rewards and Recognition programs. 10. Assist with other HR projects and initiatives. Qualifications: 1. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance. 2. Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist. 3. Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures and labor laws. 4. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 7. Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines. 8. Keen attention to details. 9. A team player and can also work with minimal supervision. 10. Can start immediately.
