Target Start Date: Wednesday, January 29, 2025 Total Agents Needed: 95 Salary: Output based or Pay per task Workplace: Remote (Permanent Work from home set-up) Schedule: Flexible, Work anytime, but must attend the first few days schedule of 9AM MNL Time for training Type of Employment: Project-based, full time (8 hours, 5 days a week) Project Length: 4-5 weeks (might be extended) Compensation & Benefits: - Depending on the task that you will handle below: Image Mapping Task: PHP 1.5 per task Retail Build Task: PHP 1.67 per task URPC Matching Task: PHP 0.42 per task -Productivity and Attendance Incentives Main Responsibility (depending on the assigned task): -Image Mapping: Perform detailed image search and mapping tasks. -Retail Build: Construct data sets by creating and populating rows with precise information as per client specifications, maintaining a focus on data integrity and coherence. -URPC Matching: Execute meticulous data matching tasks, aligning rows and entries across various datasets to ensure seamless data integration and consistency. Requirements and Qualifications: 1. No experience required. 2. At least Senior/High School graduate. 3. Tech savvy or computer literate. 4. Keen attention to details. 5. Ability to multitask. 6. Good interpersonal skills. 7. Can work in a fast paced environment. 8. Own equipment and reliable internet connection. 9. Can start immediately. 10. Must pass the minimum required work from home requirements below. Technical Requirements for WFH: 1. Own pc or laptop with the ff. specs: - A modern Quad-Core CPU (AMD Ryzen 3 or Intel i3 equivalent) - 8GB of dedicated system memory - Antivirus software is up to date - Operating System is up to date (minimum: Windows 10 22H1/macOS 11.0) 2. Reliable internet connection - 5 MPBS download and 3 MBPS upload internet bandwidth FAQs: 1. Can I work anytime or select a schedule? - YES. You can work anytime but you need to follow the first few days of training scheduled at 9AM. 2. Can I work overtime? - YES. You can work over 8 hours or as long as you want. 3. Can I apply even if I have other work or currently studying? - YES. As long as you can work during the shift of 8 hours with the team (please refer to number 1). 4. Is there a quota? - YES.
