Job Description

Total Staff(s) Needed: 1 Type of Account/Industry: Human Resources Target Start Date: ASAP Workplace: Onsite Schedule: Flexible Type of Employment: Full time (40 hours per week) Perks of working at Telework PH: - Basic salary of 20K-30K (depending on experience) + 2K allowance (non-negotiable) - Bonus and Incentives depending on Performance* (TBA - client's discretion) - Government mandated benefits - OT Pay, Holiday Pay, 13th Month Pay, Night Differential Pay - Paid Leaves (VL and SL) every month which are convertible to cash, after 1 year of service if unused* - Life Accident Protection Plan under Sunlife with Tendopay* - HMO upon regularization* - Annual Salary Increase* Key Responsibilities - Data Integrity & Cleanup Lead the audit, collation, and correction of employee data across multiple trackers and PayrollPH. Reconcile discrepancies and ensure alignment between recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee files. Conduct periodic audits with the support of HR Assistants. - Systems & Reporting Maintain and safeguard the Master Tracker as the single source of truth. Develop HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, payroll, compliance). Provide the HR Director with timely and accurate data insights for decision-making. - Process & Controls Create SOPs and validation rules for data entry. Train and guide all HR Assistants on proper encoding practices. Implement regular audit routines to minimize errors. - Collaboration Partner with the HR Manager for compliance and employee records. Align with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure hiring and onboarding data feeds into the system. Work with Payroll/Finance to keep compensation and benefits data reconciled. Serve as the central point for HR data-related concerns and improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, MIS, or HRIS/data analytics. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards, data validation). Familiarity with PayrollPH or similar HRIS/Payroll systems preferred. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to think beyond the box. Highly trainable, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile. Strong collaboration skills, able to work with multiple HR Assistants and leadership. Process: 1. Apply to this job. 2.
