Join our team as an Outbound Communication Agent where you will manage outreach campaigns using provided tools and scripts. You’ll connect with potential customers via text and call, qualifying leads and securing their appointment commitments. This role requires close collaboration with our internal sales team for smooth scheduling, ensuring all information is accurately logged in the CRM. You will follow strict adherence to quality standards, productivity targets, and data security protocols. Key Responsibilities: • Execute outbound call and text campaigns using provided tools such as Birdeye and client platforms. • Engage prospects using client-approved scripts and compelling messaging guidelines. • Apply defined qualification criteria to identify high-potential, appointment-ready leads. • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments with internal teams, maintaining rigorous attention to detail. • Accurately record all engagements, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system. • Maintain up-to-date lead and appointment records for reporting and follow-ups. • Consistently meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards. • Uphold strict client confidentiality, data privacy, and compliance protocols. What We’re Looking For: • Experience with outbound lead generation, appointment setting, or call/text campaigns. • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, friendly approach. • Ability to manage high call/text volumes while multitasking in a fast-paced setting. • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills and process discipline. • Proficiency with CRMs, messaging platforms, and digital scheduling tools. • Must be willing and able to work during US Eastern Time business hours (night shift PH time - 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
