Join us as an AI Trainer (LLM Annotation & Evaluation) and directly contribute to shaping the performance of cutting-edge large language models. In this role, you’ll engage across technical reasoning, coding challenges, and the nuances of human-like interaction, ensuring our AI evolves in both depth and accuracy. Collaborate with top-tier scientists and engineers as you annotate, rate, and evaluate model outputs and construct critical STEM-driven datasets. Key Skills & Responsibilities: - Annotate and evaluate large language models, with a focus on code generation, logic, and technical reasoning use cases - Build novel evaluation datasets centered on STEM, coding, reasoning, and logic - Analyze model outputs for correctness, clarity, and relevance in technical scenarios - Participate in the ongoing training, fine-tuning, and improvement cycles of AI models Must-have Skills: - Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering - Experience with data handling, manipulation, and reporting - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python strongly preferred) - Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills - Excellent attention to detail in annotation scenarios -1 year related experience - Previous experience working with LLMs or participating in RLHF/fine-tuning/evaluation pipelines - Familiarity with agentic AI workflows or multi-step reasoning - Prior exposure to NLP or model evaluation tasks Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive monthly salary based on experience (see below for regional band) - Government mandated benefits - OT Pay, Holiday Pay, 13th Month Pay, Night Differential Pay - Paid Leaves (VL and SL) every month which are convertible to cash, after 1 year of service if unused* - Life Accident Protection Plan under Sunlife with Tendopay* - HMO upon regularization* - Annual Salary Increase* Process: 1.
